MAPS Medical Reporting has been recognised for its investment in staff health and wellbeing by being awarded the London Healthy Workplace Award (LHWA).
The accreditation scheme is led by the Mayor of London’s Office and is supported by Public Health England, and is designed to work alongside other existing initiatives to support fair employment practices and better workplaces. The award means MAPS Medical Reporting has become one of just 300 organisations to meet the standard to date and is recognised as a top employer in London.
Sian Flanagan, HR and infrastructure manager, said: “Achieving this accreditation is a testament to our continuous focus on improving staff health and wellbeing. We recognise that our dedicated team plays an important part in helping injured people achieve the justice and compensation they deserve and, as a business, it’s important we provide the best possible work environment for them to do so.
“This latest recognition also comes off the back of our recent achievement of the BS 76000 valuing people management standard earlier this year. Both awards really highlight the value we attach to making MAPS a great place to work.”
